  2. Take photos of everything.  (DO NOT MOVE THE VEHICLES)
  3. Have your car towed to Car Craft in West Hartford.
  4. Get a copy of the police report and make of note of the report #.
  5. Keep a record of the officer's name as well as any witnesses.

Do you offer financing on your used cars?

At the present time, Car Craft does not offer financing at our facility however we may be able to recommend a few options based on our experience in the industry and our dealings with former customers.

Do you always have the same type of cars for sale?

Our inventory changes all of the time.  If we don't know have something today, check back again next week.

Do I need an appointment for an estimate?

Just come by during our normal business hours. No appointment necessary.
